Lichfield students have been celebrating their success at an awards ceremony.
They were joined by Nether Stowe parents and governors as 25 youngsters were rewarded for their high academic achievement, with a further 20 recognised for their outstanding progress.
Former student Mark Newbold spoke to the students about the role education can play in opening doors for them in life.
