A PUBLIC meeting in Whittington will discuss plans for new housing in the village.
Outline planning permission has already been granted for a field on Huddlesford Lane and there is a pending application for the site adjacent to Sheepwash Farm, between Fisherwick Road, the canal and the railway.
There are also other proposals for sites in or close to Whittington in the pipeline.
Residents can air their views on development in the village at the open meeting at 7.30pm tomorrow (19th August) Whittington Village Hall organised by Whittington and Fisherwick Parish Council.
