A new Mayor and Sheriff have taken office after being confirmed at a meeting of Lichfield City Council.
The civic leadership team will be made up of:
- Mayor – Cllr Jamie Checkland
- Deputy Mayor – Cllr Paul Jones
- Sheriff – Cllr Janice Greaves
During their year in office the Mayor and Sheriff will jointly host three events to raise money for their nominated charities – The Sebbie Hall Foundation and the Pathway Project.
