A DEVELOPER says a hit TV show has inspired its new showhome in Lichfield.

Miller Homes is currently constructing The Choristers scheme off Morgan Mews in Streethay.

Visitors to a new showhome may spot some nods to BBC programme The Traitors, the company said.

Carl Cooke, sales director of Miller Homes West Midlands, said:

"We’ve been so excited for the launch of our new showhome at The Choristers while keeping everything under wraps for the big reveal – and we have been so pleased with the response from visitors who have been to see the design of the home since it opened in June.

"The Traitors has really captured the imagination of the country and shifted our TV viewing habits thanks to its unrivalled success, so we were really on board with creating a showhome design which paid tribute to that.

"We we really enjoyed seeing the reactions from visitors to the showhome who spotted key points from the show, brought to life at The Choristers.

"The development is really moving along at pace now, with our first residents set for occupation soon as more homes near completion."

As well as 144 open market homes, the development will also feature a play area and an allotment space.
