The owners of a Lichfield shopping area have “big plans” to transform it.
Chartered surveyors Burley Browne says one of its clients has taken on the City Arcade, which links Bore Street and Market Street.
Stores including Michael’s Menswear, Three Spires Cafe and estate agents Dixons and Connells currently occupy units in the area.
A Burley Browne spokesperson said: “One of our retained clients have recently acquired City Arcade and have big plans to transform it into an exciting shopping destination.”
