Plans to convert a former doctor’s surgery in Burntwood have been approved.
The Springhill Medical Centre on Cannock Road will be converted into three apartments.
Developers had originally planned five homes within the building, but Lichfield District Council have approved a revised scheme for fewer dwellings.
A statement supporting the application said: “The proposal will bring back to life an attractive building and resinstate it as a domestic dwelling.”
