The building was used as offices by Lichfield District Council before the local authority decided the building is no longer needed.

It first drew up the plan to sell off the building at the start of 2018, stating that the money raised could be used to help balance the books.

Now planning permission is being sought for the conversion into a three bedroom residential property.

Full details are available on Lichfield District Council’s planning website.
