Plans to replace a Burntwood pub with seven homes have been given the go-ahead.
Developers want to put housing on the site of the Triangle Tavern.
The scheme will see a number of four-bedroom properties replace the pub.
In a statement to planning bosses, they said: “In our opinion the proposed development will clearly contribute to the local economy, will support and add to the local community and will, through its sensitive design and through the use of the existing landscaping, serve to enhance to local environment.”
