Plans have been drawn up for two apartments to be built on land in Shenstone.
The two-storey development is proposed for land at the rear of 14 Main Street.
Julian Properties hope to redevelop the vacant plot for the two bedroom apartments.
A planning statement said:
“The site is currently vacant land and in a neglected condition.
“The site is located within an existing and sustainable village environment.”
