A PROMOTER has urged people to support local events after being forced to cancel a show due to “very poor ticket sales”.
TNT Presents Ltd had been due to host The Tidals at Burntwood Memorial Hall on 19th July.
But the company said it had been left with no option but to cancel the show.
A spokesperson said:
“TNT Presents Ltd was created to bring theatre-quality entertainment to Burntwood at affordable prices and we loved the idea of hosting a beach-themed party. Sadly, this will not be and we sincerely apologise that there was not more uptake for this event.
“We would, however, encourage people in the future to please support venues that host live music.”
