Three new homes could be built on land in Burntwood if the scheme is given the go-ahead by planners.
An application has been submitted to construct the two-bedroom properties on the plot next to 18 Summerfield Road.
The site is currently an area of garden land.
A planning statement said:
“The proposed design of the houses and materials used will be in keeping with the adjacent properties.”
