RUGBY action is returning to Lichfield as preparations continue for the new season.
Cooke Fields will see the women’s side take on Canadian side Karnloops tomorrow (28th August).
The visitors are in England on tour as part of support for their national side in the Women’s Rugby World Cup. The game kicks off at 7.30pm.
The men will face Derby at home on Saturday for a friendly which starts at 3pm, while the seconds are at Walsall as both sides prepare for their new league season starting.
There is more action on Sunday as Lichfield plays host to the Leicester Tigers v Loughborough Lightning Women’s Premier Cup clash. Admission is £5 for adults and free for those aged under 16.
