A STAR of TV show The Chase has given his support to members of a Lichfield organisation.

Paul Sinha – known as The Sinnerman on the hit programme – met with the Lichfield Parkinson’s Support Group.

The star, who is also a stand-up comedian, was in the city as part of an appearance at a local comedy night.

Amanda Sims, from the group, said:

“Paul lives with Parkinson’s and is keen to help others with the condition when he can.

“He chatted with members and organisers of our group, which aims to support those with the condition and their carers by organising activities from a monthly get-together to regular exercise, speech therapy and help claiming financial support.”

Lichfield Parkinson’s Support Group meets on the second Thursday of the month at Martin Heath Hall. For more details, call 07547 123 589.
