Passengers in Lichfield have faced a day of disruption due to issues on the cross city line.
Trespassers caused a number of delays and cancelations today (March 12).
Although the issue has now been resolved, passengers are being warned of knock on delays.
Train operator West Midlands Railway say a train fault will also mean some trains for the rest of the afternoon and early evening will be made up of three rather than six coaches.
Due to a train fault the following trains will be 3 carriages vice 6:
15:50 Lichfield Trent Valley – Longbridge due 16:53
17:02 Longbridge – Lichfield Trent Valley due 18:07
18:10 Lichfield Trent Valley – Longbridge due 19:13
19:22 Longbridge to Birmingham New Street due 19:43
