Children from a Lichfield school were among those taking part in a day of horse trekking.
Visually impaired students from Queen’s Croft School joined others from across Staffordshire at Chase Trekking Centre.
They were joined by Staffordshire County Councillor Liz Staples and representatives from Stafford Lions Club, which funded the event.
Cllr Staples said:
“The trekking event was a wonderful opportunity for young visually impaired people to enjoy an activity they may not have experienced before. Everyone has had great fun and I’m sure it’s been a memorable occasion.
“I’d like to express our gratitude to the Stafford Lions Club for making this day possible through its generous donation.”
