RESIDENTS in Alrewas and Fradley are heading to the polls to elect a new councillor.
Four candidates will be hoping to win enough votes to secure a seat at Lichfield District Council.
The vacancy came about following the resignation of the local authority’s former leader Mike Wilcox.
The polls will be open from 7am to 10pm today (24th July).
Candidates standing in the Alrewas and Fradley by-election are:
- Glen Bown (Labour)
- Brandon Clark (Reform UK)
- Morag Maclean (Liberal Democrats)
- Richard Stephenson (Conservatives)
