PLANS to increase the number of people able to live at a Lichfield property have been approved.
The site at 28 to 30 Chapel Lane currently has permission to be a seven-person house in multiple occupation.
But now approval has been granted by Lichfield District Council for a loft conversion to allow an additional two residents to live in the building.
A planning statement submitted with the application said:
“The proposed dormer extensions have been carefully designed to respect the character of the surrounding area, ensuring that the development remains in keeping with the existing streetscape.”
