Young people in Lichfield are being given the chance to learn how to hit a home run as baseball returns to the city.
The sessions will take place in Beacon Park from 25th to 29th July.
Two age groups will be running each day:
- Sessions for 8 to 11-year-olds run from 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Sessions for 12 to 18-year-olds run from 1:30pm – 4:30pm
A spokesperson for Wade Street Church said:
“Join us for a week of fun-filled activity, learning to play baseball with our friends from Woodlands First Baptist Church, Texas.
“The week will be rounded off on Friday evening with a medal ceremony, fish and chips, and some good old Texan line dancing.”

The sessions cost £30 per child for the week.
