A BURNTWOOD developer is celebrating after retaining a five-star customer satisfaction rating for the eighth successive year.
Cameron Homes saw 98% of customers recommend them in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) scheme.
Buyers are sent independent surveys to at two stages after moving into their new properties.
The Burntwood-based business, which is part of the Tara Group, is expecting to build more than 200 new homes this year and achieve a turnover of more than £100million.
Paul Morrissey, Cameron Homes’ operations director, said:
“We are absolutely delighted with how our customers have rated us as a five-star housebuilder for an eighth successive year.
“The whole industry has been getting used to the HBF’s new blended score star rating calculation, with customers now surveyed at both eight weeks and nine months. With more data to digest, the key takeaways for us are that Cameron’s build quality score at eight weeks is a staggering 100% – and, our ‘recommend a friend’ score is 98% this year, which is the highest we’ve ever achieved in our 32 years.
“Retaining and bettering our HBF five-star customer satisfaction rating means the world to us. It reflects our continued investment in the design, build quality and customer journey before, during and after completion.
“To achieve an exemplary approval rating has taken hard work, skill and solid commitment from the entire team. I am immensely proud of the dedication shown.”
The average selling price for Cameron Homes’ two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses and bungalows averaged out to £448,000 over the past 12 months.
