A FESTIVE event in Little Hay has been hailed as a success.
The annual Santa Special days were run by Sutton Coldfield Model Engineering Society (SCMES) across two days last month.
It saw Father Christmas arrive on one of the group’s engines at their Balleny Green base before giving families the chance to meet him in his grotto.
A spokesperson said:
“The whole event was run by the members of SCMES, with the site decorated with thousands of lights along with many decorations, trees and inflatables.
“There were also a number of other attractions for children and parents to enjoy, including traction engine rides and a driver experience.”
