The former Chancellor of the Exchequer is to headline a special event at Lichfield Cathedral.

THE former Chancellor of the Exchequer is to headline a special event at Lichfield Cathedral.

Enlighten will take place from 26th to 28th September and feature a range of talks and discussions.

Among them will be Sir Jeremy Hunt in conversation with journalist Nick Higham in the Can We Make Britain Great Again? event at 6.30pm on 27th September.

The politician has previously held senior cabinet roles as Chancellor and Foreign Secretary.

Sir Jeremy’s latest book, Can We Be Great Again? Why a Dangerous World Needs Britain, explores Britain’s evolving place on the world stage and outlines a compelling vision for the future.

Canon Gregory Platten, who is leading Enlighten at Lichfield Cathedral, said:
