A FREE health check is on offer for people in Burntwood this weekend.
The NHS Health Check Van will be at Chasetown FC on Saturday (7th March).
People aged between 40 and 74 can book in.
A spokesperson said:
“Even though you may be feeling great, you may be at risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, diabetes or dementia.
“A free NHS health check can help you identify these risks and keep you healthy for longer.”
