A HISTORIC flypast will take place as part of a heritage event.
The Big Battle of Abbots Bromley takes place on 21st June at High Ash Farm on Yeatsall Lane.
It will include historic figures, immersive displays and dramatic large-scale battle re-enactments.
Organisers have also confirmed the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will perform a flypast.
Lee Chapman, from The Big Battle of Abbots Bromley, said:
“This event is all about bringing history to life in a way that is exciting, educational and memorable for all ages.
“We’re thrilled to be welcoming so many high-quality re-enactment groups to Abbots Bromley for what promises to be an incredible day.
“Having the flypast is the icing on the cake.”
Details of which aircraft will take part are set to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
As well as the chance to see living history camps and demonstrations, visitors can also take part in a children’s drill session, have a family portrait takin in 1830s Mexican costume and join the Texan Army in an attempt to capture a cannon.
