HUNDREDS of new homes are being proposed for land at Mile Oak.
Developer Bloor Homes has submitted a screening opinion request to Lichfield District Council to find out if an Environmental Impact Assessment is required as part of a planning application for land at Sutton Road.
A development of up to 250 homes is proposed for the site, alongside access, drainage, public open space. planting and landscaping.
