A Lichfield pianist is bringing music from across the globe together for a new concert.
Ruairi Edwards – who is also set to appear in the next Gareth Malone TV choir series on the BBC – will perform in Warwick Fused at the Warwick Arts Centre on June 22.
The concert will feature instruments and voices from around the globe, with Latin American, African, Chinese and Indian music blended into a range of contrasting symphonic pieces.
“I believe the increasing diversity of the Midlands area should be nurtured and developed and that music making is an especially effective way of bringing people together to achieve this goal,” Ruairi explained.
