A Lichfield business is celebrating after landing a national customer service award.
Cutlery and giftware company Arthur Price scooped the accolade at the Housewares Innovation Awards.
Simon Price, the company’s SEO, collected the prize from the Hairy Bikers Si King and Dave Myers at an event at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham.
“This award is received on behalf of the amazing team at Arthur Price,” Simon said. “We have many long-standing employees who know the business, industry and customers inside out and always go that extra mile to help people.
“In today’s world, this means a lot to people who make decisions based upon how comfortable they are with a brand and not necessarily the cheapest option.”
