Proposals have been put forward to build four new homes on land in Burntwood.
Developers hope to build the properties at the rear of homes on Bridge Cross Road.
The work would see the demolition of an extension at number 11, with a detached garage also knocked down to create access to the new properties.
A planning statement said the project would boost the local area.
“These proposals will directly benefit the local area economy due to the proposed construction work being carried out.
“The proposed three bedroom dwellings will be attractive to families, who will also spend
money in the local area, helping the economy.”
