PLANS have been submitted for a new housing development in Burntwood.
Bloor Homes has submitted an application for 250 properties off Church Road.
The developer said consultation and technical examination had seen the original plans scaled back, with the site east of Coulter Lane no longer being proposed for development.
A proposed community hub has also been removed following feedback.
Bloor Homes said 43% of the properties would be classified as affordable properties in a mix of social rent and shared ownership.
