PLANS have been drawn up for two new homes to be built on land in Whittington.
The development is earmarked for land at 29 Church Street.
If approved it would see two four bedroom properties built on the plot.
A planning statement said:
“The application site is located within an established residential area, within the settlement boundary of Whittington.
“The proposed development provides the opportunity to deliver two additional dwellings to the north of 29 Church Street by delivering two properties which reflect the existing residential character in the immediate local area in terms of its design, layout, access and density.”
