THE runners and riders will be racing to the finishing post for a family race night in Whittington this week.
The fundraising event for the local Scout group takes place at the village hall on Friday (20th March), with starter’s orders for the first race at 7pm.
Entry is £2 or you can buy a horse for £5 or sponsor a race for £20. There will also be a licensed bar.
