The North Lichfield Wellbeing Cafe began in July 2018 and meets between 10.30am and midday on the first Tuesday of every month at Curborough Community Centre.

The group is organised by volunteers from Lichfield Re:Cycle and Place of Welcome.

A spokesperson said: “The aim of the wellbeing cafe is provide a space for people to come along and find out more about activities and groups in the Lichfield area that encourage people to be healthy and active, especially those where there are opportunities to find friendship, conversation and laughter.

“If you or someone you know might be interested in finding out more about walking, cycling, gardening, friendship groups, craft, bingo, dancing or many more activities, then the volunteers have this information to share.

“The first event held in July was a real success with many people attending and enjoying free tea, coffee and biscuits in a friendly and welcoming environment.”

The sessions are free to attend. For more details call 07948172097 or email lichfieldrecycleproject@gmail.com.
