SMALL business owners are being invited to a new workshop to help them "communicate with confidence".
Lichfield-based workplace and performance coach Nicola Forsyth is running the Nail Your Narrative 90-minute workshop at 9.30am on 11th August.
The session is designed to help entrepreneurs identify what sets their business apart and build consistent messaging they can use across networking, social media, websites and sales conversations.

During the interactive workshop, attendees will develop their own positioning statement, define the story they want to tell about their business and create practical messaging they can use in future communications.
