Homes in Lichfield have been hit by a power cut.
Western Power Distribution confirmed that properties in the WS14 area had been affected.
The company posted on its social media pages that the power had gone off at around 6pm and had originally said it hoped to have the issue resolved by 8.30pm.
However, it now says that power is not likely to be fully restored until around 10.30pm.

The latest problems come in the wake of a major power outage in Lichfield in December.
