A MAN is due to appear in court being charged with a weapon offence in Lichfield.
James Meakin, 31 and from Birmingham, will appear at Cannock Magistrates’ Court on 4th March.
It comes after he was charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place following an incident in the city centre on 13th February.
