A NEW postbox topper has been installed in Whittington ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
It was created by members of Whittington Craft Club and has taken pride of place on the postbox outside the village’s pharmacy.
Whittington will also see Remembrance Sunday marked by services at each of the three local churches – 10am at St Giles, 10.30am at Weeford and at Hints.
The Act of Remembrance will then be at the War Memorial on the crossroads on 11th November from 10.40am.
