Local residents will get the chance to have their say on the latest plan for the future development of Lichfield and Burntwood.

Lichfield District Council has made changes to its draft Local Plan Allocations which cover the use of land for housing and employment as well as planning policies used to determine allocations.
It is now launching a six-week public consultation that runs until February 19.

Councillor Ian Pritchard, Cabinet member for economic growth, environment and development services, said: “We’ve made a number of changes to our Local Plan Allocations document as a result of new evidence.
“We hope everyone will take advantage of the consultation, which starts on 8 January, and make their views known to us.”
The documentation is available online with information also on display in libraries in Lichfield and Burntwood.
