CHASETOWN will continue a busy week of action with a midweek county cup clash.
The Scholars head into their game with Boldmere St Michaels this evening (16th December) on the back of a frustrating draw with Trafford last time out.
Jamie Hawkins remains unbeaten at home since taking the helm at Church Street – and he will hope to retain that record against a Mikes side who currently sit bottom but one in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division.
The Chasetown manager said:
“We’ll approach Boldmere and we’ll set up to try to win the game of football – it’s a cup competition that we want to progress in.
“It’s quite cheesy, but we’re in the business of winning games so it doesn’t matter what competition it is.”
