ART and design students at a Lichfield college have been given advice on forging new creative skills.
The group from South Staffordshire College worked with Reforged Blacksmiths to create Saxon-inspired pewter pieces.
Richard Salisbury gave 60 students a lesson in the art of clay mould casting.
The group then visited Tamworth Castle to finish the casting process in a mobile forge.
